 “Managing  Human Resource Diversity in Times if Social Transformation”


 Kyushu University is now proceeding with the empowerment of women activities and the promotion of women researchers. In this special lecture, Prof.Dr.Krasae Chanawongse, who has been remarkably active in medical care, education and politics for a long time in Thailand, gives a lecture about human resource diversity, including women activities.

■Prof.Dr. Krasae Chanawongse

Holds ministerial posts such as Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister of University Affairs and Minister of the Office of Prime Minister in Thailand. Has contributed in medical care in remote rural areas, public health, founding schools, and the human resource development for rural development. Has been awarded the Grand Cordon of the Order of the Rising Sun in Japan and the Ramon Magsaysay Award, known as Asia's equivalent of the Nobel Prize. Acquired Doctor of Public Health from Colombia University.
