Understanding the problem and defining it precisely

In general, each department is responsible for the development and management of its faculties. The total number of women researchers does not provide the overall picture of issues concerning the gender gap at university as whole. It is important to combine the number of women researchers with their research publication to understand the present situation of women's empowerment at each department.

By exchanging the quantitative IR data and information with oversea top universities, we identify the problems that hinder the promotion of active participation of women researchers and derive essential solutions.
